This fuel cap is for the Acerbis tank with the larger 65mm (roughly 2.560″) caps. To measure, remove your fuel cap and measure the outside diameter of the threaded opening.
We believe all Acerbis tanks use this larger size nowadays, but please confirm before purchase.
We also have the GC-5 which should work for the older/smaller Acerbis tanks.
The BRP Billet Lite Gas Caps are comparable in weight to the OEM, Acerbis or IMS plastic gas caps. These gas caps feature a chemical resistant seal that won’t fall apart like other gaskets. Furthermore, we offer an outer contour that is comfortable on the hand and easy to grip. Each cap is machined with a vent pipe that won’t break like plastic gas caps.
We machine our Billet Lite gas caps aircraft 606 aluminum to exacting specifications for a perfect fit that is easy to get on and off. They feature our signature anodize finish that is engraved with the BRP logo for that custom factory look.
Replacement Rubber Gaskets are available as well.

It’s only a fuel cap! That being said this is an absolute quality piece. I ended up getting this fuel cap to go with my XPR elbow. This fuel cap fits perfectly with the elbow. Thanks for making such a quality product in the USA 🇺🇸
