To place an order on shopbrp.com you must first register as a member. Once registered, you will have a user name and password which you will use for any future purchases. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been processed. Should any delays in processing your order occur, you will be contacted via email.
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once processed, you will receive a second e-mail that will notify you when your items will be shipped.
All orders will leave our facility in Colorado Springs, CO within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless we have a back order on that particular item. If your item is on back order, you will be notified via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Depending on your location, time in transit will vary and can take from 1-7 business days. Generally West coast deliveries will take 3 business days and East coast will take 3-4 days. Optional shipping services can also effect time in transit.
