The BRP XR SUB Mounted triple clamp is for those of you who want to conceal your stabilizer below the bars for added safety. Running this triple clamp configuration requires the use of a forward SUB mount tower, +34mm stabilizer link arm, spacer and extended throttle cables. (XR 650 requires extended throttle cables. XR 250/400 requires re-routing the stock cables)

The BRP SUB “Scotts Under Bar” Mount is the latest in stabilizer mounting options for the XR models. This is a very popular setup for off road, dual sport and riders of taller stature. All BRP SUB Mounts are designed to run 1 1/8″ ProTaper style handlebar and mount a Scotts stabilizer below the handlebar, replacing the bar mount assembly on your BRP or Scotts triple clamp. The SUB Mount setup offers several benefits over a conventional “above bar” stabilizer setup.

SPECIAL NOTES:
When running a Scotts stabilizer in the SUB Mount configuration you will need to use the 34mm extended link arm and forward mount style tower. Using a lower bend bar can often emulate the stock bar height. Due to the SUB Mounts increased height, triple clamp style enduro handguard mounts will not work with many bar bends so we recommend running the BRP BMI-9254 Hand Guard Mounts.
